On July 4, 2021, the personal growth of Hangzhou Xueliu-improving mental model training organized by the company was successfully carried out at the headquarters of Hangzhou Xueliu, which was the first foreign training activity to receive counseling from the consulting team since the establishment of the company.

A total of 11 people were organized in this external training activity, covering management representatives at all levels of grass-roots, middle-level and high-level. The training period is about 3 months (planned teaching period). The external training involves many aspects: including belief system building, how to realize self-crossing in personal growth, problem improvement methodology, how to set goals and achieve goals, etc. After 3 months of learning process, from the effect, the company's trainees have been promoted at different levels.

The purpose of this external training is to better improve the overall management level of the enterprise and meet the growth demands of employees at all levels. The company hopes that through the training and guidance of professional institutions, our employees will not be limited to the shackles of cognitive inertial thinking in the stage of career growth and improve the problem of weak cognitive ability.
